The arugula in this sandwich adds a spicy and nutty flavour that pairs up nicely with chicken. The cucumber and tomato add juiciness to the sandwich and the Kiri® gives a creamy subtaste to the whole sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiri® Portions
  • 10 g arugula leaves
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 country baguette
  • 8 thin round slices of cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cooked chicken strips

Preparation

  1. Rinse the arugula and spin dry. Mix the oil, vinegar and season the salad.
  2. Cut the bread in half and spread with the Kiri® Portions
  3. Arrange the arugula, raw vegetables and cooked chicken strips successively in the bread, taking care to alternate the ingredients.
  4. Close the bread and refrigerate until ready to serve.
