- 150 g Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 3 gelatine sheets
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- salt
Preparation
Method:
- Lightly heat milk and cream, add gelatin.
- Remove from heat, lightly mix in Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs, and salt.
- Pour into a deep plate.
- Let set in fridge.
