- 150 g Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 30 ml cream
- 300 ml apple juice
- 15 g gelatin gold colouring
Preparation
- Soften Boursin®, using cream to adjust texture; mold into spheres and freeze.
- Boil the apple juice and gelatin for 2 minutes, add gold colouring, skim, and let cool to 85 °C (185 °F)
- Unmold spheres and insert a toothpick halfway.
- Dip spheres twice in jelly.
- Let set in fridge
