  • Soften Boursin®, using cream to adjust texture; mold into spheres and freeze.
  • Boil the apple juice and gelatin for 2 minutes, add gold colouring, skim, and let cool to 85 °C (185 °F)
  • Unmold spheres and insert a toothpick halfway.
  • Dip spheres twice in jelly.
  • Let set in fridge
