Ingredients

  • Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • white onion
  • green cabbage
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • chives
  • ground pepper
  • nutmeg
  • lemon
  • egg yolks
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. Sweat the white onion in olive oil
  2. Brunoise the cabbage leaves, sweat, and remove from
    heat
  3. Mix Boursin® with cooked cabbage and chopped herbs,
    pepper, nutmeg, grated lemon
  4. Add 2 egg yolks to bind.
  5. Add grated parmesan.

Assemble the raviolo:

  1. Pipe Boursin® mixture onto the
    raviolo base, add an egg yolk over top of mixture.
  2. Seal the edges with warm water.
  3. Cook the raviolos in salted water, drain and coat in a
    water/butter emulsion.
  4. Serve immediately.
