Ingredients

For Summer Burger:

  • 5.3 oz (150g) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 lb ground beef, divided into 4 patties
  • 1 Medium Watermelon radish or 6 red radishes
  • 1 Medium Yellow tomato
  • 1 Medium red tomato
  • 1 Medium red onion
  • 1 handful of baby greens
  • 2 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 burger buns

Preparation

For Summer Burgers:

  1. Preheat grill and form beef in to 4 equally sized patties.
  2. Thinly slice onions & radish & place in small bowl with vinegar & a pinch of salt. Slice tomatoes set aside.
  3. Grill burgers for 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is ~160’. Toast buns while burgers cook.
  4. Toss greens with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  5. Assemble your burger! Start with bun base, add greens, tomatoes, radish & onions. Top with burger patty and crumbled Boursin® . Finish with cilantro, onions & top of bun.
