Ingredients
- 75 g Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 1 shallot
- 25 g butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 125 ml cream
- herb infused oil to taste
Preparation
Method:
- Finely chop and sweat shallot in butter without browning
- Add white wine and reduce
- Add stock followed by cream, and reduce liquid to a third
- Remove from heat, add Boursin® Garlic and Fines Herbes, and mix with an immersion blender.
- Marble the sauce with herb infused oil
