Ingredients

  • 75 g Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 shallot
  • 25 g butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 125 ml cream
  • herb infused oil to taste

Preparation

Method:

  1. Finely chop and sweat shallot in butter without browning
  2. Add white wine and reduce
  3. Add stock followed by cream, and reduce liquid to a third
  4. Remove from heat, add Boursin® Garlic and Fines Herbes, and mix with an immersion blender.
  5. Marble the sauce with herb infused oil
